The Milan Fashion Week, a defining event, took place from 13 to 17 January 2017. It featured many new maison, as well as, long-known ones. Here is a short recap of the most important highlights.
Billionaire, Cédric Charlier, Federico Curradi, Malibu 1992, Palm Angels, Plein Sport and Wood Wood were never shown before, but had a huge impact on the audience. Modern and innovative creations left fascinating impressions. Of course, some historical names appeared on stage, as well. Marras, Ermenegildo Zegna, Frankie Morello, Moschino and N.21 kept their remarkable originality and gorgeous outlandishness.
Different from the previous Fashion Weeks, this time the event was closed by a project called “Nuova generazione di designe”, thanks to the collaboration with Giorgio Armani. Furthermore, this outstanding designer, together with CNMI, supports young talents and enables them to fully unfold their creativity and visions. This initiative was strongly connected to internalization, which was the center of the Milan Fashion Week.
It was a spectacular and outstanding event. Thousands of people followed this attraction, even if they were not able to attend it. The fashion shows live streaming and photogalleries of fashion shows were available on the app of CNMI. If you still missed the Milan Fashion Week, do not despair!
